Frequently Asked Questions

If you have already received the tracking number for the shipment, you need to pick up the order and return it. If you haven’t yet received a tracking number, we may be able to cancel the order before it is shipped. Please contact customer service at help@piatjeltastudio.com as soon as possible.

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. Returns sent after this period or without prior approval will not be accepted.

Items must be clean, unworn, and have all tags attached. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at help@piatjeltastudio.com. Used, washed, soiled, or damaged items will not be accepted.

Please note that a return shipping fee of 149 NOK is non-refundable.

How to Return Your Order

1. Ensure the item is in its original condition with the tag attached.

2. Follow the return instructions included with your order.

3. Send the package back using the return label.

Important! You are responsible for the package until it is received by the shipping provider or service point.


Keep your shipment receipt and tracking number as proof of return.

The 149 NOK return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

The same return policy applies to items purchased during sales periods.

Follow the steps on the return label that you received with the order and send it back to us. Fill in the return code number for the products you wish to return.

Include return form in your return package. If the return form is not included, the return will not be approved and will be sent back to the sender.

When you place an order from Pia Tjelta Studio, you will automatically receive an email from Bring/Posten with a QR code that generates a return label. Take the package to a postal service location, present the QR code from this form. They will scan the code and print a return label.

The return must be sent within 14 days for it to be approved.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 14 days of sending the parcel back to us. You'll be refunded in the same way you chose to pay. We'll always send you a return confirmation email when we have received your return and are processing your refund payment. 

Card Payment Klarna - Once your refund has been processed, it will be visible in your bank account within 14 days (although it’s normally much quicker than this).

Paid with Pay Later - Klarna will provide your new pay later balance once your return is processed. This will include instructions on how to make a payment and details of any remaining balance.

If you haven't received your return or refund confirmation from us, please get in touch. Remember you can speak to Klarna directly for any Card, Pay Later or help.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. Be advised that order handling may take a little longer during holidays or very hectic periods of the year.

What are the shipping costs?
Orders above 1500 NOK qualify for free shipping. For orders below 1500 NOK, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method chosen.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently do not offer international shipping, but we are working to make this happen in the future.

Unfortunately, we do not accept direct exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order for your new product of choice.

Any complaints or returns should always be directed to the place where you originally purchased the product. The retailer may contact us directly if there is grounds for a claim or return.

We provide a size guide on each product page to help you select the appropriate size. Sizing can vary between styles and from brand to brand, so we highly recommend taking your own measurements before placing an order. Measure your bust, waist, and hips and compare them to our size chart for the most accurate fit. A well-fitted garment enhances both comfort and confidence, so taking a few minutes to measure can make all the difference.
