Shipping policy

When will i receive my order? 


Order processing & dispatch:
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, it is sent to our warehouse for processing.

Orders placed by 12:00 (CET) are usually processed by the end of the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 are processed the following business day. All orders are picked, packed, and dispatched as soon as possible.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery times depend on destination and shipping method and are shown at checkout.

Standard delivery times are estimates and may vary due to distance, local holidays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our or our courier’s control.

Packages are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 (CET) will typically ship the following Monday.

 

Shipping methods & costs

Norway

Orders within Norway are shipped via Bring.

Free shipping on orders over NOK 1,500

Shipping costs for orders below NOK 1,500 are calculated at checkout


Europe (EU)

Orders within the European Union are shipped with DHL Express.

Standard shipping: 20 EUR

Free express shipping on orders over 250 EUR

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout


Duties & taxes (EU):
For EU orders, the total amount paid at checkout includes all applicable customs duties and taxes. No additional charges will be due upon delivery.

Pre-orders: Items available for pre-order will ship as soon as they are ready. The estimated shipping date is stated on the product page. If there are any changes, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping destinations: We currently ship to Norway and, as of January 2026, to most European Union countries. If your country is not available at checkout, don't hesitate to get in touch with us for assistance.
