Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Note that this also applies to pre-order items. Your refund window begins once you receive the item, not when you place the order. 

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The product(s) must be unused/unworn and be free of any makeup stains, perfume scent or similar.

The product(s) must have all original tags, and be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


Return Process
To start a return, fill out one of the return slips included in your parcel. Place the filled return slip together with the products you wish to return, in an appropriately sized and secured packaging. If you have received a return email from Bring along with your order, you may print the waybill yourself. If you print your own waybill, attach the enclosed waybill to the outside of the parcel; if you are reusing packaging, make sure to attach the return waybill over the original waybill. Deliver the package to your nearest Posten/Bring. (use the same shipper as you used for the original order). 

If you do not wish to print your own waybill, bring your package containing the items to be returned to your nearest post office or Post I Butikk, and show them the QR code on your return slip (physical or the email), and they will print the waybill for you.

Please note that a fixed return fee of NOK 149.00 is applied to all returns. All shipping and return fee costs are non-refundable. Your return fee will be subtracted from the refund automatically. 

 

Complaints, damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If there is a defect in the product, please notify us within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered if you wish to register a complaint. You will always have complained in time if it happens within 2 months from the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. A complaint can be made no later than two years after you received the product. If the product or parts of it are intended to last significantly longer than two years, the complaint period is five years.

If the product has a defect and this is not due to your use or circumstances on the your side, you may, in accordance with the rules in Chapter 6 of the Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), withhold the purchase price, choose between correction and replacement, demand a price reduction, demand cancellation of the agreement and/or claim compensation from the seller.

Please register any complaints in writing. You may send it to help@piatjeltastudio.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.

You can choose between demanding the defect corrected or delivery of equivalent items. We may oppose your claim if the implementation of the claim is impossible or causes us unreasonable costs. Correction or replacement must be carried out within a reasonable time. In principle, we are entitled to make up to two attempts to rectify the same defect.

You can demand an appropriate price reduction if the item is not corrected or replaced. This means that the ratio between the reduced and the agreed price corresponds to the ratio between the value of the item in defective and contractual condition. If there are special reasons for doing so, the price reduction can instead be set equal to the significance of the defect for the buyer.

If the item has not been corrected or replaced, you can also cancel the purchase when the defect is not insignificant.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), intimates and swimwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, and during holidays or similar special occasions refunds may take longer. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@piatjeltastudio.com.

  • Card Payment / Vipps MobilePay: Refund will be effected same day as the return is approved (you receive the return accepted notification). Note that it may take 5-10 business days from we approve your refund till the funds show up in your account. 
  • Klarna Pay Later: Your invoice will be automatically amended by Klarna once the return is approved. Make sure to postpone your payment in the Klarna-app or on your Klarna account online to avoid late fees due to returns.
